Reviews of assessment decisions after ADRC ceases to operate as at 31 December 2011.
From 1 January 2012 all quality assessment decisions will be conducted under the National Quality Framework. A new national body, the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), is responsible for ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of the National Quality Framework. For more information on the National Quality Framework visit www.acecqa.gov.au.

From 1 January 2012, a Regulatory Authority in each state and territory is primarily responsible for administering the National Quality Framework, including granting approvals, monitoring compliance and conducting first level reviews of approval decisions.
