Scope

The website is managed by the Acceditation Decsions Review Commiittee (ADRC). This statement applies to the adrc.org.au website only.

Personal information ADRC collects

Data which may identify the user is gathered during interactions with the ADRC website in the following circumstances:

The site has online forms that collect voluntary data from our users for the purposes of improving our service to clients and individuals.

When you visit ADRC’s website our servers automatically record and log information, such as the uniform resource locators (“URLs”) of web pages that you visit.

ADRC uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and also to collect data about the users so that we can improve the quality of our services. No personal information is stored within ADRC’s cookies.

ADRC only collects personal information (such as your name, email address, postal address) which is necessary for its review process.

Generally, ADRC only collects personal information directly from you. However, in some circumstances we may collect personal information from a third party, such as National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC) or an Australian Government Department if you have consented or would reasonably expect us to collect the information in this way.

We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you gave it to us.

We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties outside of ADRC.

To protect your privacy and that of others, we may need to obtain evidence of your identity before we can give you access to the information about you that we hold.
